JK Distro sells hemp-derived cannabinoid products, including THCA flowers, CBD products, Delta 8 flowers, vapes, prerolls, moonrocks, edibles, drinkables, wellness products, pet and more products. We may add or remove products or entire categories from the Site at any time without notice. Our products strictly adhere to Farm Bill guidelines and are federally legal.

4. Shipping

• Domestic Shipping: We offer domestic shipping within the U.S. with free USPS First Class shipping on orders over $75. Promotions may adjust this threshold. Additional shipping services are also available at checkout, and customers are free to select their preferred option based on their needs.
• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after successful payment. Shipping times begin after processing.
• Carriers: We use reputable carriers to ensure secure delivery. Once the package leaves our warehouse, carriers are responsible for its handling. Clients are responsible for filing claims with the carrier for any stolen or missing packages. After receiving the final response from the carrier, the client can share it with us to apply any necessary resolution.
• Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.
• Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, contact our support team immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
• Accuracy: Ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
• International Shipping: For international orders, select the appropriate shipping option at checkout. We are not responsible for any orders seized by customs. It is the client’s responsibility to check their country’s regulations regarding cannabinoid products and to cover any additional taxes or fees that may apply.

5. Refund and Return Policy

Due to COVID-19, we can only accept returns for unopened products. If your product is unopened, you may return it for a full refund. Returns must be sent back to us for inspection before we issue a replacement or refund. Please note that not all orders will be eligible for full refunds or full replacements. By purchasing from our store, the client agrees that any final decisions made by our team regarding refunds or replacements are final and binding.

To initiate a return, please notify us by emailing [email protected] within 1-3 business days. Allow 2-7 business days for refunds to process back to your original payment method after our team has completed the review of your return.

Once orders leave our facility, we are not liable for lost shipments. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for all valuable orders.
