SHIPPING METHODS AND CARRIERS

We utilize reputable shipping carriers to ensure reliable and secure delivery of your orders. The shipping methods available to you may vary based on your location and the products you have purchased. During the checkout process, you will be presented with the available shipping options for your specific order.

Our Fulfillment Center is open Monday through Friday from 7 AM – 3 PM Pacific Standard Time. We do our best to have all packages shipped out of our Fulfillment Center by the next 1 – 3 business day of your payment processing successfully, unless placed during the weekend or on a US Holiday.

PROCESSING TIME

Once your order is placed and payment is successfully processed, our team will begin processing your order. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before it is shipped. We strive to expedite this process as much as possible to get your products to you promptly.

SHIPPING TIME AND DELIVERY

The estimated shipping time starts once your order has been processed and is handed over to the shipping carrier. The delivery time will depend on the shipping method chosen and your location. Please note that shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, holidays, or unforeseen disruptions in transportation services.

Overnight Shipping Options: Please note that all orders, including expedited shipping options, are subject to our standard processing time of 1-3 business days.

For example, if you choose UPS Overnight, it will be shipped from our facility within 1 – 3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays) and then arrive at its destination the next business day. Saturday delivery is only available for options that specifically include Saturday delivery.

For expedited delivery, we offer two overnight shipping options with UPS:

UPS Overnight Saver and UPS Overnight Saturday Delivery.

The UPS Overnight Saver Option provides next business day delivery after processing (1-3 business days, excludes weekends & holiday closures) but does not include weekend deliveries.

In contrast, the UPS Overnight Saturday Delivery option specifically includes Saturday delivery, allowing for next-day service on orders placed before the cutoff time (9 am PST). This ensures that, following the 1 – 3 business days processing time, your package will arrive on the next business day or Saturday.

Extra fees may apply for both options, with an additional charge for Saturday delivery.

TRACKING INFORMATION

To keep you informed about the progress of your shipment, we will provide you with a tracking number as soon as it becomes available. This will allow you to track your order online through the shipping carrier’s website. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to be updated in the carrier’s system.

ORDER ISSUES AND DAMAGES

While we strive to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition, occasionally unforeseen circumstances may lead to damages during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately with relevant details and photographs of the damaged items and packaging. We will work diligently to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

All claims for damaged products must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact us at [email protected] and provide detailed information and photos of any product damaged during shipping.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or misdeliveries. We are not responsible for any additional shipping costs or lost packages resulting from inaccurate or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

DISCLAIMER

We have no responsibility for your order once it leaves our warehouse. If billing and shipping names/addresses do not match, customers may be required to provide verification for all parties. The names on the order must match the names on the ID. Orders with nicknames or inconsistent information may face verification delays.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES

Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not take responsibility for any delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, COVID-19 impacts, or other carrier issues.

If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
We reserve the right to hold shipments if weather conditions (extreme heat or cold) may impact the product’s quality.
We reserve the right not to ship any of our hemp products to states where local laws prohibit the sale, possession, use, or purchase of any hemp products, including cannabinoids such as Delta 8 and HHC.

LOST PACKAGES

Most packages arrive on time with no delays. Occasionally, however, a package may be delayed or lost in transit. Once we ship the item, please contact the shipping courier for assistance.
