Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened/sealed and in the same condition that you received it. Due to COVID 19 we cannot accept unsealed returns .
Your item must be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Also please be mindful of extreme weather conditions during shipment(hot weather, humidity) can cause product degradation.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
For Square refunds through Shopify please allow 3-5 business days for refund to return to your account after refund confirmation email.
Shipping Policy
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Contact Us if you have any questions on how to return your item to us,

Standard Shipping
Please allow 5-7 business days for Standard Shipping. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. Tracking information will be available 24-48 hours after your order has shipped. USPS or FedEx may leave your package at your house, however, if they are unable to do so they will return the package to your local post office or FedEx location. You will be left a card with instructions on where your package is located and how to collect it.
Expedited Shipping
2nd Day Shipping & Next Day Shipping has an additional cost, cost varies on location and carrier. Orders will be delivered by 8 PM the second business day.
Expedited Shipping is available to customers in the contiguous United States only (not available in Alaska, Hawaii or internationally).
Expedited Shipping orders must be placed before 2PM EST to go out the same day. Expedited Shipping orders placed after 2PM EST on a Friday, or on the weekend will be processed on Monday.
